...Syracuse's own traditional, British style "real ale" brewery.
Step back in time to when men were men, women were brewsters, and hand-crafted fine ale filled every flagon. Your quest for great taste leads you out of the past and into Middle Ages Brewing Company where we are sworn to uphold the tradition of brewing beer in small batches. Taste the difference hand-crafting makes.
Step through the main door, and you'll find yourself in a stone-lined castle hallway complete with a life-size suit of armor. Beyond lies the tasting room and gift shoppe, complete with a unique array of gifts and up to seven ales available on tap. Master brewer Marc Rubenstein brews as many as 14 styles of ale a year, so visitors are always eager to sample what's in the tasting room.
Sip samples while you check out the eclectic offerings in the gift sh oppe. Boxed gift sets are popular with ale lovers year round. And, for the ale lover in your life, there are Middle Ages glasses, printed and embroidered tee shirts, sweat shirts, denims, golf shirts and gift baskets.
